The image below shows the difference between na frente de (in front of), entre (between), em cima de (on top of), atrás de (behind), and embaixo de (under). Note that we tend to use the verb estar instead of ser to talk about location because these locations are temporary. In case you ever confuse ser and estar, remember that there is a T in the word estar which can be associated to temporary, while ser mostly is used for permanent characteristics.
